Cochin Festivals

January/February :
Temple Festival held at the Siva Temple in Ernakulam . Every Day there are elephant processions, folk dances and music performances.

March/ April :
Malayatoor Perunal The feast or the 'Perunnal' at the famous Catholic Church at Malayatoor is celebrated on the Sunday after Easter.

April/May :
Thissur Pooram Celebrated in Medom, not far from Kochi (Cuchin)

Yosakoi Festival A Japanese festival is held every year for four days from 9th to the 12th August in Kochi City .

Athachamayam Festival The festival of Attachamayam is held on the Atham day of the Malayalam month of Chingam (August/ September),Onam Festival

Cochin Carnival is a merry making feast observed during the last week of every year in fort Kochi in Kerala.
